What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means you are reserving a product before it’s officially in stock. At Amoirai Golf, pre-orders ensure you get priority access to our limited-edition pieces.

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-orders ship within 75–90 days. This time includes fabric sourcing, small-batch production, and final quality checks.

Why does it take 75–90 days?

Our products are made-to-order, not mass-produced. Each piece is handcrafted with premium fabrics, tailored fit, and luxury detailing, which requires time to perfect.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 48 hours of placement. After that, production starts, and changes aren’t possible.

How will I know when my order ships?

We’ll email you with tracking details once your order leaves our facility.

Are returns or exchanges allowed on pre-orders?

Pre-orders are final sale unless the product is defective.

What is your wholesale minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Wholesale orders require 12 units or a $1,000 total, with mix-and-match across styles, colors, and sizes.
